Il Bricco continues that excellence by offering a high quality, genuine and traditional cuisine as guests would expect in a country house hotel. All the pasta is fresh, the eggs are gathered daily from our own hen house, our meat is sourced only from local farms with the highest standard, and our vegetables and herbs are picked fresh from our own allotment. Our extra virgin olive oil and DOC quality wines are produced in-house. However, all this wouldn’t be sufficient to achieve the high approval that so many of our guests demand, without the enthusiasm, passion, cooking ability, charm, and warmth of Giusi: she is the secret ingredient and the real extra value put into everything we do.
